7-Day Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition and with all packaging and accessories.
How to Return
- Go to My Orders in your account and select the order.
- Request a return and choose your reason.
- Our team will arrange a pickup across the UAE.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale.
- Software, gift cards and used consumables.
- Products with damaged or missing packaging.
